Hello I recently ordered a large Italian stallion as well as a gluten free pizza venezias specialty. The normal pizza was flat, and unfortnd unately hard as a rock it hurt to chew the crust as well as bite off, it made sauce and cheese get all over my floor on one bite from it being so a hard to tear the crust. It was my first fathers day, I worked 830 am to 530, then had to be back Monday at 6am so I only had 3 hrs to the day to myself and chose your pizza as my dinner because I have been loyal since you were at the old location where st felix panty took over. My mom also years ago made antipasto and gave samples to owners. But the normal pizza was like it was re baked it was so hard, or it was a pre made cheese, that toppings were just added to. I called and was told that the cook had changed and was learning the ropes from the man on the phone. I don’t believe he let the dough rise long enough, or not enough yeast something but it was like concrete.
On the subject of the Gluten Free pizza, which are not cheap, it was soggy and uncooked and raw in the center, which is unusual for a thin crust, there wasn’t even enough cheese to hold the toppings in place. I had called, immediately after getting home from picking up pizza, where I live only 7 minutes away it was hard, I ate one slice and then called for the issues with the pizza. They did not offer a replacement that night and told me that he would place me in a book for credit under my phone number. I assumed I was stuck with the pizza for dinner and went to sleep not eating any of it and my wife only 2 slices of gluten free pizza as had to be to bed at 845pm to be up at 445am. I have been saving it since I could not bring it in that night and had to wait. i called tonight about the 36.00 i should have recieved in credit and bring in bad pizzas but was told only 15.00 credit. Was applied. Not great at all. Im let down, all said.

I have found Mimmo's to be consistently good in all areas. FINE Italian food, service is great, ambiance very "family friendly". We eat here at least every other week and sometimes more. We have NEVER had a disappointing meal in the 3 years we hav ...

I used to love their sandwiches - awesome cheese steak -- but now they never seem to have it. That leaves the rest of the menu -- it's just ok. Expensive for the quality. Wait staff has a great sense of humor. Guess they need it these days.

We have been dining at Paisano's for over 15 years and have found it to consistantly be one of the finest dining experiences in Albuquerque. Their specials are particularly good. Paisano's can be compared favorably with other fine dining restaurant ...
