This quaint retro Chicken joint is a must-go if you are visiting Peekskill or even Verplanck. It's old Coke lamps provide ambience and remind you of hanging out with your friends in the good ol' days. Chicken Joe couldn't be nicer and will sometimes even give you nacho cheese macaroni if you ask for the old switcheroo. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic and are much better than the McDonald's down the street. A great place to go if you've just finished a final or just watched a football game. Incredibly kid friendly and equipped with Jurassic Park Pinball. So popular that they sometimes run out of COKE! Once walked in barefoot because the floors are spotless.

I have eaten at the Cove a few times already, and I very much enjoyed each time. The views are amazing!! The food is always delicious and on certain nights they have live music. One of the best dining experiences in Peekskill.
