We went out at 5pm for pizza and were the only customers in the restaurant. The waitress was nice and took our order promptly. We ordered the pizza that had basil, two types of cheese, a red sauce and we added wild mushrooms for $2 more. We received the order fairly quick. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt on the outside and had very few ingredients, even with the add on. We explained to the waitress that we weren't too pleased with the burnt pizza and she said, "That is the way it has to cook to get hot in the middle." Personally, if I am paying $22 for a pizza, even if it has local and organic ingredients...it shouldn't be burnt. AND, I shouldn't be told to eat around it. We finished what we could and brought the rest home for our dog. We will never be back to this restaurant.
