I was at the Centennial Hills Woodfired Pizza & Grill location tonight (8-1-12) with my father and sister. Well, I must say that we had wonderful service! The Waitress (Cassie) and the Manager (Jeffrey) were absolutely outstanding. Why I say this? I was extremely thirsty from the hot weather, and I kept asking Cassie for more refills on the diet cokes…..and they kept on coming; and with a smile each time. Cassie was quite the professional waitress, and I have been to many restaurants in my time. As for the Manager Jeffrey, well we had a request to add some things to our salad that we ordered, as we had remembered it differently with the old menu. Well, Jeffrey (the Manager) was not only receptive to our request, but before we knew it a brand new (specialized) salad was brought to our table at no charge on top of the one we were already eating, and Jeffrey was so happy to see us happy! It was my sister’s birthday too, and Jeffrey came out personally with the biggest sundae for us to share, which too was on the house due to my sister being a member of the restaurant’s Insider E-Club. Jeffrey spent at least 20 minutes talking with us about all the changes going on in the restaurant and was very enthusiastic about all the new changes being made to the menu to further please the customers. It really made me happy to be in a place with such positive energy (not to mention the restaurant was packed on a Wednesday evening). While I promise I am not in any way affiliated with Cassie, Jeffrey or the restaurant, I am going to copy this message to every search engine that has a review for it because I think people in the Centennial Hills area and surrounding areas should know about this hidden gem for whichever search engine they choose to use! Thank you again for your kind treatment of my family Cassie and Jeffrey. I sure will be coming back soon!
