This location had a horrible server. She was VERY SLOW. She kept putting all of the food in front of the baby. We are talking HOT plates and also drinks. Getting her to refill a glass was difficult and getting the check was impossiable. My mother, daughter & grandson left the restaurant and I was standing at the front for 5 minuets before she came to give me the check. Then I questioned the 20% automatic gratuity since service was so bad when she went off on me screaming that she works hard and was busy.
No. she doesn't and wasn't.
1 person left the restaurant just after we arrived. Only 3 other tables came in while we were there total. This makes 4 tables. She was not busy. I did let the other gentleman who was there (a cook?) Know that the service was terrible and we would not be returning and that I hoped the server chocked on the $9.00 automatic gratuity since I would not have given her that much for the poor service.
I go to the location on North Durango and it is 1000% better. The beef sandwiches are not as dry as the desert and the pizzas are not as salty.
I could live with so so food but not with that horrible waitress who has no common sense and cannot be found. A total of 4 tables is not very busy but according to her she was very busy. I'm never going to that location again and will let everyone I know about their terrible service and so so food.
Yes, I had a discount coupon but that does not excuse terrible service. I still paid a pretty penny for two sandwiches and a pizza. As I said, I'll never go to that location again. Beware if you go.

The appetizers are delicious; the service is always excellent. The managers are always on hand to answer questions or assist in any way.
