Best halal restaurant in the 'Burgh, hands down. Unless you are a squeamish individual who cannot stomach the sight of raw meat, then I highly recommend visiting Salem's for their lamb and rice lunch.
Their food is really good!

Had an excellent dinner. The seafood was well prepared and the veal marsala was spectacular. The ambiance was not up to the level of the food. Eating off of formica tables is not the greatest for an anniversary dinner. Value is very good with all entrees under $20 with appetizers under $10. Inv...

I stopped at cuzamil downtown last week for a quick lunch during my stay in pittsburgh. I was surprised to find a full service restaurant between Wendy's and McDonals and behind the construction of the new subway station. I was thinking to order plain enchiladas to be safe, since you can never go w...

Excellent place to grab a drink after work or hangout with a few friends. Not a kid friendly place at all with the game machines in the bar area. Monday nights are over crowded thanks to wing night and Tuesday's as well with Poker. Non smoking venue is a plus, prices on alcohol could be a little che...
Rude bartenders. Ridiculous menu which is a mix of pseudo mexican food & wanna be creole. It is awful food. Swimming in grease and very, very bland and watery. Worst jambalaya I've ever had. Calling itself a cantina, I expected at least a decent selection of Mexican beer. No such luck. No Mexi...
One of my favorite spots in all Pittsburgh. This past summer I ate here roughly 3 times a week. Delicious meat, great portions, reasonable price. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
We ate at D'Imperio's a few times over the years. Considering what you get, the prices are pretty good. Our server was top notch. She is the main reason that we will definitely be back.

I went here for my birthday last year and had the worst dining experience ever. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance but we still waited at the bar for 1 hour. When we finally got seated it took 2 1/2 hours (not kidding) to receive our meals. I ordered a chicken salad...which you would think the...
Food is so delicious here I keep going there every now and then. I would recommend you try there Kofta and chicken tandoori. Grilled chicken is also good.

This is a beautiful restaurant with friendly and prompt service, but the best thing is the variety and excellence of the food on the buffet, both Chinese and American. The pineapple chicken can't be beat, but there is so much from which to choose, it's impossible to pick a favorite.

the drinks are overpriced and so is their terrible food. I waited forever and a day just to get the food and when i requested something extra, it never came. The manager was working the bar and was horrible. His attitude was rude and non-attentive. As a former waitress i was disgusted at the ser...
Tandoor is a great indian place I have no idea what the other reviewer was thinking (although I have never had any of their lamb dishes so maybe they just screw those up). One word of warning though, their buffet is awful. It's kind of weird, if you order off the menu their cuisine is some of the be...
The food was really good. I got the steak fajitas and just smelling them made my mouth water. They come on three different plates so you can assemble them the way you want.
I went in with a $25 gift certificate and even free that food isn't worth it. I got the Lamb and potatoes as my main dish and the lamb had more fat than meat in it. The potatoes were undercooked. The Naan that came with the meal was burned badly on the bottom. I did get Wings as an appetizer and tha...

The ABSOLUTE BEST pizza I've had so far in this city. I highly recommend the meat supreme for those unsure of where to start.

Visited the Gran Canal Caffe last evening. After waiting for 5-10 minutes for the hostess, she advised us that she would clean off a table for us. While she was cleaning the table, she became involved in a conversation with a seated customer. We waited another 5-10 minutes for the conversation to...

I am eating often in India restaurants across the country, because i like their food. It was my first time in this Indian Garden on Atwood St in Pgh. I went there at lunch time, so i decided to try their lunch buffet. The bread was very tasteful; cauliflower was good, but they mixed it with the sta...
