Probably one of the best places to eat in port huron great food and friendly serv ice and reasonable priced seriously great... to bad it burned down to the ground :(

This is the original Coney Island in Port Huron.. founded in 1923. I had breakfast...with eggs that were done just exactly right. My wife had a coney..the best she's had in the whole area.. It's a real "trip back in time" and well worth the visit!

If you've eaten in one....you've eaten in all of them. If you've never eaten in one...you should try it. Try the biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast...it's a good value.
We had dinner there recently....and tried to keep it somewhat dietary. That's hard to do but we managed...with the grilled catfish. It was good, as were the side dishes. The service was great!

Nice view of the Blue water bridge. As far as the food, low grade steak quality(commercial grade steaks)not the Choice or select the owner claims. Located atop the tallest building in Port Huron, the Fog Cutter has a commanding view of the St. Clair River and Canada. Add to this, the fine food and service....you end up with a great dining experience.
We had a very enjoyable evening. The waitress was very up-front about the dishes she'd heard good things about and those she hadn't. The food was excellent...some of the best we've had in this area.

One word, EXPENSIVE!! The waitress was ok, view of traffic going by and a radiator repair shop next door, and the prices were ridiculous! Our drinks sat empty through dinner, and the kids were very bored.
This place was HORRIBLE...low grade food and nasty perch, defentley not lake perch(very fishy)..... This place used to ok, I would not go back ever, sorry. To many other places doing it better in the area.
