I know this is only one review but I hope others will read this... The manager Karlo is a dismissive jerk. We were having a wonderful time the food was great! Until half way through the meal a waiter spilled red wine all over me. Mistakes happen, I know but how the manager handled it was completely unacceptable. He came over and just kept telling me that it was just a material thing and that I should not be so upset about a dress that was completely ruined, not to mention the wine in my hair. Needless to say we were a little upset and asked for the bill just so we could leave and clean up. But once the bill came that was the final straw. He not only charged us for one extra person but he also left an 18% gratuity on the bill. When I confronted him about it he laughed at me and dismissed me like a child. I did not back down and demanded a refund. Needless to say we will not be back.

My husband and I decided to try Rafain for date night last Saturday. We were so impressed. Excellent food and service. My only complaint would be the wine list. It was way too pricey for the quality of wine available. Next time we will just drink water like most of the patrons. We will be going back this weekend just to take the kids!

Best restaurant in Dallas. The food is always fresh. The staff are friendly and always explain everything that is in a roll. That alone deserves five stars.

The most amazing place i have ever been to. Everything was cooked so well. The taste of each and every meat was so delicious. The salad bar had the greatest selection. The flavor everything had was, well the only way i can describe it is, orgasmic. It was amazing.
