Grand Buffet is not pretentious. It is a place you go to fill up on American-Chinese style food, a place that's almost always busy and with good reason. A great place to go with your family or with friends, expect noise, a slightly tacky environment, adequate service and great food. In general servers are extremely prompt with drink service-- which they definitely don't have to be, considering they're busy bussing dishes and the like. The food is not gourmet, but definitely preferable to Old Country Buffet or Panda Express. They use no MSG. Their doughnuts and crab rangoon are especially good. Be sure not to miss out on full crab legs. Mostly I'd recommend this place to anyone, but be sure to bring your appetite for youor money's worth.
