While food is tasty, the servers come and go. Chef/owner is a tyrant, I've been told. His wife is a wonderful women. We have eaten there for over two years almost every Monday. We called it "Matsu Monday". We brought friends regularly, our children's family there once or twice a month, out of town guests, biz clients, celebrated birthdays... you get the idea. After all of this, last week I had a $10 drink, which I returned as it didn't taste right to me. Subsequently I ordered two $11 dollar drinks to replace it. He refused to credit me for the return... really! This one time I was unhappy... he just dismissed me saying there was nothing wrong with the drink. I will not be going back, and I will encourage my friends and associates to not frequent the establishment any longer. After spending literally thousands of dollars there per year, he didn't appreciate my business enough to credit one drink, even when I bought two to replace it that evening.

The best Japanese food in South Florida. My mother is Japanese and she agrees that by far this is the most authentic and freshest Japanese food offered in the U.S. that she has ever tried. Matches up to restaurants that she has went to in Japan.
Try the salmon skin roll...tremendous.
