The lady at the front is the bad mannered person i ever had to deal with. She's extremely rude and I don't recommend this restaurant to anybody !

This is the BEST pizza, and i eat in New York monthly, and i cannot find Pizza as good up there! The taste is just right, and try the Garlic Rolls.

Pizza is amazing! Service is awful. They seem to really care less. They always seem to be too busy to care and that's a shame. It's a new economy in 2010 and I hope they get their service up to the level of their food so we can enjoy the entire experience for years to come.

This is great New York style pizza, right down to the bubbling crust. The sauce used to be sweeter but they recently changed hands. It's different now, not better, not worse. The place itself has ZERO atmosphere (the new owners even took down the couple of photos of New York that were hanging up), and the staff remains just as incompetent and irritating. I'd hate the place, but the pizza is absolutely authentic!

Moved here 3 years ago from NY and craved this pie until today. Can't wait to tell my family and friends. Awesome!!

The people who work here are extremely RUDE. I have been there not once but twice and on both occasions they are too busy chatting amongst each other than helping patrons. I actually saw an elderly woman sitting waiting for her pizza and going to get up and get it and they were yelling for her to hurry up and make room for other orders. INCREDIBLE!

It New York Style, don't expect them to be like "Oh! how are you today sir". It's almost like the real New York Pizza joint GREAT pizza and food. I highly recommend them.

Good Pizza but the staff behind the counter is rude and could care less about the customers. Fire the kids working there - you have good pizza but I will never be back.

agrre, the cashiers are teens who are preoccupied with everything but their customers. it's been this way for years. i know many who wo0nt return. too bad, too, they have good pizza.

some of the rudest cashiers i've ever seen. they ignore customers & talk to their friends. way downhill for this place.

I love the fresh tomato and basil pizza! It is definately more expensive here, but I like it the best. I order for delivery every time. Leftover, if any, great reheated in oven next day (tastes just as good if not better!).

when you go in person or call for delivery, the staff is rude, non-caring & immature. I just hung up the phone.... someone picked up & announced to hold... then they dropped the phone down & never came back to it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN - NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES THAT APPRECIATE THE BUSINESS.

This place used to be good when it first opened. Now it seems that they have let the quality slip quite a bit. Not only is the food not as good, but the service was rude and slow.

I love this place I live in mission bay , but I am from NewYork and find this place a reminder of the pizza I had as a kid in NewYork. When i get a pizza from them they joke that it weighs 20lbs because of all the stuff I put on it. I have not visited them in a few months but intend to order a pie today. Norm
