Good food but extremely rude service. Waiter insisted on a larger tip for the bad service. Would never go again.

The place has a great ambiance and
a friendly staff. We ended up eating at the bar since they couldn't fit us in at a table and
it was very enjoyable. Sea bass was awesome and everything else we got was really
good. Very reasonably priced. A must if you are in the neighborhood.

The wine list is nice, but the servers know NOTHING about it. It seems funny to have servers who can't recommend or even talk about a wine, but then again, I guess if it's not fine dining it's not all that necessary. Then again, it's a wine bar. Anyhow, they pulled the sommelier over, so I guess it didn't really matter after all. And the food make up for the servers' lack of knowledge. Man, that filet is one of the best I've ever had. Reminds me of my favorite restaurant in Paris that serves a steak that I'd never really been able to recreate. Ayza got closest. That's for sure. So I guess I'll continue going back. I know enough about wines to make up for the servers, and so long as there is someone to explain it I guess it's not a big deal...

Ok, I'm not much into the whole wine bar craze, or I wasn't until Ayza. This place is adorable. The decor is gorgeous, though I love to sit outside. We ate cheese and charcuterie to start and then each had a panini. The sandwiches are really tasty and good sized. The veggie one is my fave, though the chicken was nice as well. I had a wine flight and my beaux had beer. I love the idea of trying several wines, and they give you a good amount too.We did this rockin molten cake for dessert and I swear it put 10 pounds on me but was so worht it. Decadent and blissful and I have been thinking about it ever since. Guess I'll have to go back.

Wine list has many good choices and I like to have a flight and some appetizer. Waitress is friendly and she suggest I try the crepes cake, very very tasty.

My hubby and I recently celebrated an anniversary here - it was his pick, and when he told the cabby the address I was less than excited. I don't imagine too much being in the area, but that made it all the more pleasant a surprise when we got there. I really love the place. It's romantic and the whole wine and chocolate thing is the perfect idea.We got two apps to split, the gazpacho, which is lovely, and a Mediterranean salad packed with goodies. Then I had the chicken paillard, which was so light and delicious and he had the sea bass, also nice, but a tad dry. We followed it up with more chocolate than is reasonable. I had a dessert martini and then we tried some of the handmade chocolates which are so good they should be illegal. In all, a great evening. The only complaint I have is that they have only one restroom and there is no real good place to stand in line waiting for it. Not a bad only grip to have though...

I work nearby and frequent this place. It's the best lunch spot int the area -- there is outdoor seating in the warmer months and the lunch special is inexpensive, fast and tasty. They have this addicting artichoke dip that I have to have every time I'm there, and I'll often just stop in on my way home for few chocolates to go. My favorite is the hearts of passion -- it is truly unbelievable with a great punch.. However, lately I've been venturing out and trying the other desserts, and I have to say, they are all unbelieveable, especially the motlen cake. One night recently the service wasn't great, but it must have just been a bad night because usually that’s never the case. The owners are nice and often stop by the tables -- they are very nice (though sometimes it's hard to understand them, given their heavy accents). Still it's obvious they really take pride in the place.
