Restaurant Description
Blue Corn Enchiladas, Sopaipillas, Carne Adovada, Rellenos, Stuffed Sopaipilla. Enchiladas and Burritos are in sauce. New Mexico Red and Green Chile Sauce. Our sauces are made fresh daily and are vegetarian. Chicken and Beef are hormone and antibiotic free.
We have incredible Margaritas, good beer, wine & cocktail selection.
The Adobe Rose is a very small casual restaurant, owner operated. We try to be as green as we can with recycling, using renewable energy and organics.

This place just sucks. The customer service is just plain rude and the food is greasy. No wonder its cheap. The drive thru orders everyone in the restaurant can hear is just tacky. Get a headset!
