This restaurant has become our new eatery over the past few months, and we have tried nearly everything on the menu so far! Our favorites are any of the pastas, the pulled pork sliders, and my wife enjoys the shrimp Caesar salads and fresh soups. Last Friday we made reservations to listen to an acoustic guitar player named Doug Smith, and we had one of the best times we have had in years! He's a Grammy-Award winning musician, and has played at Topaz before, which speaks highly of the crowd they attract. We also have the same issue with getting in on weekends because they are always full, but I heard they were moving to a bigger location sometime soon.
