As a third generation Italian/American, I have inherited many things from my Sicilian and Brooklyn, New York heritage including old world recipes, family traditions, and a passion for cooking and entertaining family and friends.
At Spano's, I give you the same delightful experiences such as Italian warmth and hospitality; to authentic flavors and aromas; to genuine family recipes handed down through generations. Also, I blend together my Italian roots with my newly acquired West Texas roots to create some of my amazing Signature Dishes boasting some of the most incredible flavors tasted.
