 service sucks, been there almost every other weekend for the past three years. other day got take out told me twenty-thirty minutes, went in and several other people were also told the same. after waiting an hour and seeing people getting served in the restaurant ten minutes after walking in I told them my phone number and to cancel my order. I can understand being busy but treating your loyal customers like crap will make me never go back again. not once did they apoloogize or try to contact me. I then tried a place down the road and actually found the food to be much better. never again hong kong cafe, your customer service sucks! you lost a loyal customer who was very patient and just got treated like crap!
