I have been ordering Yum for years as a Village resident. Today I ordered the pepper steak for my sister in law and the sweet and sour chicken for my self
The delivery took much longer than usual and when it arrived the quality and taste was horrible.
The chicken tasted like it had been cooked earlier today or maybe even last night and reheated. It was soggy and had a rubbery texture.
The pepper steak had a funny smell and tasted old. My sister in law just vomited and became very ill (sorry for the details).
I called them to allow them to rectify the situation and they told me that the driver had left my house almost 20 min ago and kept asking how much I had eaten. After explaining for 5 minutes that the food was not edible, they offered me a free egg roll or 10% off next visit which will be Never!
Poor quality, Poor customer service.
