My wife and I came in early Saturday evening with another couple for our 1st visit to Young's. We will definitely be back! The food was excellent, service was attentive and prompt, and it seemed to be a great value for so much quality. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was relaxing and Craig even came out to greet us. It was a wonderful experience. I heartily recommend Young's Restaurant.

We have eaten here 3 times and it has been excellent every time.The food has been great and came out in the time expected.Our last server,Marco was his name I believe,was very polite and seemed to know what we needed without having to wait or ask for anything!We are new to Slidell and will be back here as often as we can!

Outstanding service and food to match. It is great to have such a fine and fun dining experience here in Slidell. I have eaten all over New Orleans and the Northshore, this restaurant is in the top 10 of my dining experience.

We gave it another chance. We were here in May. This time the food was excellent, and the service wonderful. Still the best place to get a steak in Slidell.

In general, this steakrestaurant is one of the best, however last time I went there, the server screwed up our order and our food. Even after double checking with her, she still screwed up our order. It just put a damper on the whole experience. Even when she realized she screwed things up, she did nothing ro correct the problem.
Excellent! My mouth waters just thinking of their succulent filet. You have never had a steak until you have had Young’s filet. Pass by all the chains and their claims and experience this place. You WILL need directions, no sign on the place – never needed one! They seldom advertise, never needed to. They don’t take reservations so come prepared for a wait but it is worth every moment once that steak hits your taste buds.
