It's really a shame about Yamazushi, the food is really good, but the place absolutely stinks. We arrived there early one night, before the cooking had begun, evidently, so the actual smell of the place was apparent, and it just smelled like raw sewage. Considering the product, raw fish, that doesn't bode well. Healthy and safe sushi requires a spotless environment, clearly that is not the case here.

We were once regulars, but after the odor experience, we will never go back. I honestly think they will have to burn the place down to get rid of that smell. The staff at the pub next door were very familiar with the problem, also.
