About Wild Vine Bistro
A family affair, Laura is also proud to have her two daughters at her side running things. Danielle Bliven, General Manager, has restaurant management and server experience, a heart warming smile and brings that along with her dedication to customer satisfaction to the Bistro. Danielle's son Wyatt is the Bistro mascot, he will be around from time to time. Rachel Bliven, Assistant Manager, has her position well defined as the let's get it done right girl and lets do it now. Rachel's bubbly personality, kindness and striking smile will make it a pleasure to be served by her.
Executive Chef Ian West will delight your taste buds with his fine culinary art. Chef Ian West infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.
