Proprietor Laura Bliven opened the Wild Vine Bistro with the intention of being a first class restaurant with a good home town feel. Opening the Wild Vine has been a dream of Laura's for many a year and now she brings that dream to you with over 30 years of restaurant and food service experience.

A family affair, Laura is also proud to have her two daughters at her side running things. Danielle Bliven, General Manager, has restaurant management and server experience, a heart warming smile and brings that along with her dedication to customer satisfaction to the Bistro. Danielle's son Wyatt is the Bistro mascot, he will be around from time to time. Rachel Bliven, Assistant Manager, has her position well defined as the let's get it done right girl and lets do it now. Rachel's bubbly personality, kindness and striking smile will make it a pleasure to be served by her.
