Jan 09 We read about this restaurant in the local paper. I understand it has been closed and now open again. We go out to try it out. It is fairly busy when we arrive at 7:00pm. We wait for a waitress. The hostess comes and takes our drink orders. She comes back and we have decided. We order...sorry we are out of that. We go to our second choice we are out of that also. Ok, what do you have. We place our order and go to get our salad. The salad bar was empty as well. We drink our tea, and see they did bring some salad fixings out. We go and get a salad. It looked like the lettuce had been in the bowl for a while. After no bread was brought out, our tea glasses were not refilled and it was now nearly 8:00pm... we left. As we were leaving, the family that came in after us were leaving as well. Oh, did I mention, the place is covered with old family pictures, the dining room is doubling as an office with receipts and calculator on a table and all the old holiday decoration stuck in a corner of the dining room... We will NEVER go back.

My ife and I went there on our 53rd annivesary with our daughter, granddaughter, and grandson. It was on a Monday evening. The four adults, in our party, all ordered the flat iron steak. The steak itself was well prepared, but that was the only positive thing I can say about our dinner. The lettuce on the salad bar was interlaced with browning (old) lettuce. The baked potato appeared to be leftovers from sunday and reheated. The butter was not real butter. It was margerine. We did not get our rolls, until we reminded the waitress and when she brought them she was embarrased to serve themto us and apoligized for the way they were. They were obviously not fresh and were dry and tasteless. I think that if a restaurant is going to price there food in the range of restaurants that serve quality foods, they shoud insure that the food is quality. We definatly won't return.
