Horrible Service. It was 12:30am and they close at 1. The bartender told us they were done serving for the night. Right after that, we see her (the bartender) pouring two shots for a couple.
The time before when we were there, both the bartenders were extremely rude. For example, my girlfriend stood at the bar for 5 minutes trying to get some service. She (the bartender) never attempted to make eye contact or help. Instead, she helped all of the guys at the bar top.
I grew up in West Valley and used to enjoy this bar. It's gone to crap with rude bartenders that have no clue about service and hospitality.
Even asking if we could get the game on another TV seemed like a huge hassle to them. The employees don't want to help. period. If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars I would.
