The BBQ Joint is a rustic eat-in or take-out operation run by West Texas Barbeque Co. It was opened in February 2007 after 16 years of being primarily a catering business. It ain't fancy and there are no plastic menus. The BBQ Joint is run like an old-fashioned Texas meat market with BBQ as the focus. All of the meats are seasoned with a dry rub and cooked with wood. Sauce is served on the side if requested, but by no means are any of the meats covered in sauce. All of our side dishes are scratch-made in house.West Texas Barbeque Co. also specializes in full-service catering for groups as small as 125 and as big as 5,000. Pickup and delivery services are also available for groups below 200. We serve all sizes - all events - all budgets.
