On 5-6-2011, I ordered a large #26 pizza with NO Mushrooms. It was for pick-up, so when I got to the register to pay and I believe it was the owner who was cashing me out, I ask him to clarify that it was a #26 with NO mushrooms, he opened the lid of the box and said, YEP that's the right one, I got home with the pizza, I had friends over NOT ONE of them likes mushrooms, we take the first piece out of the box and guess what????? MUSHROOMS on the pizza. I called, spoke to the person who cashed me out (again I think it was the owner), I tell him that I was just there to get a #26 with NO mushrooms and I got a #26 WITH mushrooms, he doesn't say sorry, he says "15 minutes", I said "what?", he said "another pizza will be ready in 15 minutes", I said well I don't really feel like leaving my friends here and I already made one trip to pick up a pizza, how about you deliver this one" He says, well you didn't order it the first time for delivery" I said, right but I picked it up and it was wrong, he said "well I need the old pizza back and we can't deliver, because you didn't order it as a delivery" I told him to forget it, we threw the pizza away and will NEVER go to this place again. If you go there, make sure your order is right before you leave, because they will not make it right....It is really hard to believe that in this day and age, where people are having a hard time and don't go out to eat very often, that when they do, they would get treated like this. Come on ANDY's make it right with your customers....
