The customer service at this location is lacking. First of all they do not give receipts unless you force them to give it to you. Secondly, they blame the customers for their mistakes, especially for not getting orders correct. I would advise to check bags BEFORE leaving the drive thru and make sure they charge you correctly, because they will overcharge you IF you don't watch your money. If at all possible, make a detour and stop elsewhere. There are plenty of fast food restaurants in the area besides this location.
