We visited this establishment based on a recommendation.
We arrived to find a band playing outside on the patio, which overlooks the river. It seemed like we were set for a good time.
However, that soon changed.
Our group took a table inside by the windows with a view of the band and the customers outside on the deck area.
Soon after our drinks arrived, this female bartender came over a started to open the windows, saying that other patrons wanted to hear the band. We asked her to close the windows as we were there to also have conversation with our drinks. (You could hear the music just fine even with the windows closed.)
Well, that set her off. She slams the windows shut and stomps off.
At the next band intermission, the house sound system is cranked up and blasting music so loud, you had to shout at the person next to you. This continued until the band returned for their next set.
Obviously management here is oblivious to providing excellent customer service. If she were my employee, she would have been fired on the spot.
No apologies from the manager on duty either, even though it was brought to his attention.
Don't waste your time or money here.
