The food is decent for the price. However, the wait staff seems to be trained to turn-over the tables quickly. We've had food almost taken from under the fork as we eat, putting up with constant "do you want a box for that" or "are you ready for dessert" or "do you want coffee" while still eating. I respect the fact that servers have to move people to make more money but I earn mine as well and I am spending it to relax and enjoy the dining-out experience, even if it is a diner. You don't go out to gulp down the food and run. This is true of other Michael's diners we've been to. Is it standard practice?

Words cannot begin to explain how pleased we were with our exiperence here. We had our wedding reception here and it was nothing but some of the best service I have ever had. The owner Anna was more than a pleasure to work with and the waiters were the BEST! The food was good, they decorated for us, and we got our cake through them, which was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The food here is better than average compared to several other local diners and the service can range from poor to excellent depending on your server. There is, however one major problem here, which is one of the hosts who doesn't seem to have a regu ...

The food was tasty and served well. Our wait staff Cheryl was not pleasant and actually was sarcastic, reminding us of where the vegetables were listed in the menu, not on the same page as the Early Bird Specials. My friend was very upset with Cheryl and could not eat his meal. She was talking about him to the other wait staff and they were all looking at our table. We complained to the cashier and we will never eat there again.

Good breakfast & lunch menu, have not had dinner there. But,the service is generally not good. Except for one waiter who was pleasant and on top of things, it's tough to get a second cup of coffee once your meal arrives. Forget getting glass of water unless you ask, and then they bring it only for the one person who asked. The cashier seemed to be in training which is okay, but she held us up for 5 minutes trying to figure out what bakery items we had purchased although she had been told 3 times. The manager didn't help her at the register and nobody bothered to apologize to us for the wait. Won't stop me from going back, but it made my last visit less enjoyable.

I have been coming to this diner since I was in high school. It was a cool spot then and it's a cool spot now, I'm glad to finally see that they're remodeling...It's about time...I like the staff and the the food is pretty good. I mean it's not the four seasons, but it's great food especially for the prices. I recommend it for families and as a regular eating place......

I've been dining here on and off for nearly 40 years. I love the food, service, and staff. It had been my mother's favorite place to eat. I ordered veal cutlet, and was surprised to get a patty. However, I did get a reduced price from what was listed, and next time I will specify I want a slice of veal versus the patty. It does make a difference. Other than that, everything was fantastic, although the did need to run the vaccum.

JUST A FEW WORDS... YEARS AGO I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS DINER AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND FOOD OF THE DINER, BEING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND VISITING HERE I WENT FOR BREAKFAST TODAY AND WAS SORT OF SURPRISED WITH THE COMPLETE TURN AROUND OF THE DINER,,I HAD HOT CAKES, NUMBER 1,,THEY WERE WAY TO LARGE FOR AN ORDER OF THREE AND WITH A MEAT WITH IT WAS PUT ON A PLATE THAT WAS WAY TO SMALL FOR ALL OF THE FOOD,,HAD TO USE TWO PLATES TO ACCOMPLISH THE FEAT OF EATING,, THE HOT CAKES WERE WAY TO LARGE AND SHOULD BE SMALER OR PUT ON A REGULAR DINNER PLATE,THE SYRUP WAS SERVED IN SEPERATE CONTAINERS THAT HAD TO BE OPENED AND THAT CREATES A MESS ON THE HANDS AD THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH ,SO U HAVE TO ASK FOR MORE,SHOULD BE SERVED IN REGULAR SYRUP HOLDERS OR BOTTLES OF SYRUP,,EASIER TO USE AND NOT MESSY,,PLUS THEY BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE PRICEY,,& SO WAS MY COMPANIONS BREAKFAST, FOR EGGS ,HOME FRIES AND BACON,7.50 IS ALITTLE PRICEY ALSO,,PLUS THE SERVICE WAS NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD,,I EAT OUT QUITE A BIT AND THIS WAS SUB PAR,,WAS NOT ASKED IF I WANTED MORE COFFEE OR EVEN A GLASS OF WATER,,TO SAY THE LEAST I WAS DIS-APPOINTED OVERALL,,LIKE I SAID I AM AN OUTSIDE SALES PERSON WHO HAS A LARGE AREA TO COVER AND I DO EAT OUT OFTEN, EVERYDAY,,SO I DO BELIEVE I AM A GOOD JUDGE OF RESTAURANT'S OVERALL.
