The Bert Kouns site is absolutely awful!! When you spend $100 for 4 people, you expect the food to be good. IT WASN'T!! Both my husband and I were extremely disappointed. He eats lunch at the North Market site and has told me how good it is. We invited guests and were embarrassed. I had the Crawfish Lovers and the fried crawfish were cold, the etoufee tasted canned and the seafood gumbo was nasty...I don't mean it wasn't good, It tasted BAD. We even called the manager after we left to tell them to taste of the gumbo. He blamed Farmers Seafood ("our supplier") for the bad tasting oysters and didn't seem to care that we were unhappy. I guess once you pay, you are deemed happy. Don't waste your time or money at this site. Not worth the wait (for it to open) or $$$...very sad. It just made me hungry for REAL seafood.
