Today I chose Popeye's at 4459 Pines Road, Shreveport, LA, 71129 only to regret my choice.
My main beef is there was too little chicken included in my promotional wicked chicken combo, it appeared to be a leftover box after the meal was eaten. They were unable to return my full change. There was no ice in the dispenser and to many napkins in the dispenser. Considering the advertizement picture it was false advertizing. Too many restaurants available to go back.

This location has rude employees and it is dirty. There was chicken laying on the floor in the work area and the employees are in slow motion. They "ain't had time to make no cole slaw yet" at 1:40 in the afternoon. I'll find another location or do without.

staff is not to friendly main reason for the low stars. The humfree is real good.

My husband and I waited thirty minutes to be seated and We weren't offered any complimentary bread and other tables were. The carpets were dirty and littered with little bits of trash and food. They hadn't been open long

What a great place. We had a party of eight and everyone was floored how good everything was from the BBQ to the steaks. Service was excelent beer was cold and just loved the place. Two thumbs up from me!!!!!!
