Chang's Mongolian Grill Chinese 3928 Center Street Northeast, Salem (503) 373-9779  This place is excellent. The cooks always do a great job grilling up your choice selections, and you really can't complain about the food because you are the one who chooses it. It's all you can eat as well, so you should never leave hungry.
