About Tropi-Cuba Cafe

Traditional Cuban cooking has a taste all its own, influenced by many cultures including the Spanish, French, African, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese and Italian.
And that is the reason why you will find recipes from different parts of the world in our menu. Carefully chosen by well known Cuban chef, Edgar Galindo.
Edgar Galindo came from Cuba to be head Chef and to oversee all cooking operations for the Tropi-Cuba restaurants. Edgar attained his culinary education from one of the highest rated culinary academies in Havana, Cuba.
In the menu, Edgar shares the classic flavors of this Caribbean jewel: from tapas, soups, salads, rice dishes, vegetables, meats and seafood entrees to versatile marinades.
The restaurant is complemented with its unique fast food section: including sandwiches, salads, pasties, smoothies and espresso bar.

Great food, great service from beginning to end. Beautifully decorated outdoor dining with lighted palms, and indoor seating was equally inviting. Prices are affordable. Will definitely re-visit.
