Tre Amici @ The Bunker

Built in 1926, this historical building began its journey as the Two Friends Cafe'. The cafe' was a special spot for Cuban cigar rollers living in the casitas surrounding the building. Years later, the building was moved, painted, and remodeled into a favorite hangout for war veterans, fondly dubbed, The Bunker.

Luckily, the Ybor City Museum Society decided it was time to find someone who could love this beaten-up, old building now located in the heart of Ybor's Italian District and we decided that the Bunker building was worth the effort.

Now an upscale retreat, we serve coffee, wine, beer, Italian sodas, Filicori espresso, pastries specially made for dessert connoisseurs, and a fresh mix of Italian and Cuban treats including our original Ybor Sandwich.

With Songwriter's Nights every Thursday night, special Art Exhibits, and other events, we are enjoying our spot as a favorite coffee bar hangout in Ybor City. Come down and taste a little of this history for yourself!
