Tosi's is a good Italian restaurant. The food is very average on a Chicagoan's basis. There is no local competition in this category which makes Tosi's a winner by default. The atmosphere is charming. The service is average for the area, which is not so great, but we got our food and at the end of the meal we got our check too.
