They don't seem to care if they get your order right. Lobster Bisque soup was a disappointment. vegetables bland. They serve mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables with a Kobe Burger, and no substitutions. I'm not going back.

Received a Gift Cert for $50. wife had Tri-tip $15, I had Baby back Ribs $17
Meat was overcooks, Dry and if it wasn't for the BBQ sauce( probably store bought) I wouldn't have been able to swallow it. Upgrade from mashed potato's to Cream Spinach which was watery not creamy,they took 5 minutes to explain the $1.50 up-charge, I felt like I was at a used car lot with all the waiters were standing in the dinning room looking for their next prey.
Food was POOR and OVERPRICED!
Save Your Money and go to Famous Dave's in Redlands or Pinnacle Peaks in Colton.

Ordered kobe burger well done, came out rare. The server told the chef who said (and I quote)"It's not my fault, I didn't cook it." Needless to say the attitude ruined our experience. Could only get burger with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veges, really? Lobster bisque so, so. My steak was excellent. The grilled vegetables not worth the effort. Quite expensive for chefs who don't care about the customer. I doubt I'll be back.
