A diner from Maitland, FL Aug 23, 2012
This little place is a hidden jewel! Great entertainment, specials and food. Not your typical "bar" food. This is fantastic stuff.
A diner from Deltona, FL Jul 30, 2011
Boy, where do I begin. If this was an episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsey would have stopped the show after 2 minutes. OK, we arrived at approx 6:30pm, and by 8:30 my wife and I hadn't been served the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads that we had ordered. All 12 other people in our party had finished their appetizers and dinners and some had already begun leaving the restaurant. Finally, after finding our waitress to complain for the 3rd time, they brought out our salads. My wife and I took one look at this pathetic salad and knew we needed to head out elsewhere to find eatable food. The chicken was still partially frozen, not just cold as the waitress had told us, but literally still part frozen. There was no grill marks at all on the cubed blocks of chicken (how many other restaurants actually cube cut grilled chicken for you prior to serving?). The waitress assured me that it was real grilled chicken so I asked her if they had a permit to grill, which she assured me they did, but refused to show us the grill nor could we smell any grilling aroma upon leaving. This place is nothing more than bad bar food masquerading as trendy cuisine. The Panninis were as small as mentioned in other reviews, the Flat breads looked OK, but were nothing special, there are 4 tap beers, many bottled beers (not sure how old) and canned soda. Oh yes, Fire Roasted Salsa & Chips for $9 that was nothing more than Tostitos bagged chips and Publix jarred Salsa with a load of sugar in it. Nasty!! That's pretty much the limit of their capability. Luckily, this bar/restaurant will probably not be in business long, and hopefully won't ruin anyone else's birthday event. We immediately drove over to Orlando Ale House and had dinner well after 9:00pm. If you are looking for a good menu, reasonably priced and consistent food with a good party atmosphere, I suggest you go to the Ale house and avoid this Silly attempt of a restaurant all together. I will give it 1 star, but wouldn't even do that unless it was required for me to post this review. DM 7/30/11.
