First they have an eclectic mix of beer. All excellent. We tried a little of everything. Pretzels were good. Heirloom tomato tart was excellent. Lobster Tacos yum. House made Charcuterie and Artisan cheese was great. Gruyere biscuits were ok .. good but other stuff was better. Truffel fries were nice with anything. Overall it was a definite do-over.

So i was at a party with a couple friends having dinner at this restaurant. The only thing i remember about this place was when my friend sent back a steak and when the server brought it back to the kitchen the cook or chef screamed out loud "tell the customer to go **** themselves". The only good thing that happened was the owner came after the meal to apologize. There were kids in the restaurant at that time and being a parent myself I was shocked to hear something like that. I hope the owner disciplined the cook who said that.

Last Saturday morning I was in the mood for country fried steak. I was looking for something close to home and NOT a chain restaurant. Having passed Johnny's at least twice a day for the past year, I decided to check them out. I am so glad that I ...

I have eaten at this establishment twice for lunch. Both meals were very good. I had the Smoked Trout Nicoise salad and the Duck Confit as well as the Lobster tacos. The nicoise salad was perfectly sauced with a delicious lemony fresh vinagrette. The smoked trout gave a wonderful accent to the fresh greens, haricot verts, tomatoes, and hard boiled eggs. It was nicely composed as this salad was meant to be. The duck confit had a velvety smooth smoky taste interspersed with wonderful bouchees of duck breast pieces and glazed with lemon infused oil.
The ambience was sophisticated and the interior decor very pleasing. The staff was courteous and professional. I will return if I can get a reservation.
