this place is AMAZING.IM GOING BACK THIS WEEKEND.I THOUGHT THEY WERE CLOSED.THE SMALL END PORK RIBS WERE THE BOMB.AND THE FRIES OMG.THE MEAT FALLS OFF THE BONE.PIES ARE DELISH.SO GO THERE ASAP.YOULL LOVE IT FOREVER HAPPY NEW YEAR

This is the authentic barbecue in Los Angeles. The beef ribs, baby back ribs, the tri tip beef and chicken wholes are slow smoked in barrel smokers. This ensures that the meats' flavor is actually on the spot made, not as fast food prepared by shortcut or some where else then reheated. Slow smoking retains the hickory flavor in the meats and you can taste the difference. What is a burnt or grazed meat over a charcoal grill vs a slow smoked rack of ribs? The french fries are made from fresh potatoes. Corn bread muffins are baked there on demand, not brought in.
