Oswego Restaurant Guide

I must say that I have eaten at this restaurant 2 times and the first time was a phenomenal experience right after they opened their doors. The 2nd time was AWFUL!!!!! Not only had they changed the quality and quantity of their dishes but like another patron mentioned....they were out of 50% of the menu and this was in the beginning of a evening and in the middle of the week.....SAD!!!!!

If I could rate Comfort zone BBQ 0 stars I would. We entered the restaurant about 30 minutes after open. Tables had crumbs on them, dead flies in the window. No one was out in the open so we sat at a table for a few minutes before a woman came out and rudely said are you going to order? (We have never been before so didnt know you had to go to the counter to order). We *tried* to place an order and they were out of ribs...and coleslaw....and corn nuggets...so after 3 strikes we just left. With such POOR customer service we will never return to taste the food. I still can not believe how there was little to no apology from husband & wife and were treated like we were an inconvenience for even being there. Though it might be a good place to cater a party we were looking to have in August. Will stick to my usual Tastee Bite in Plano
