Tis' after she said "let them eat cake" to her famished people that her chef decided he was indeed feeding the wrong diners. He and his dedicated crew took her most priceless possessions to hand out to those she so blatantly devalued, then ventured out to feed the world.

They sailed the seven seas, dedicated to discovering the most delectable foods, foreign to their native mother France, whilst merging many cuisines, from what is known today as Russia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Japan, China, Thailand and Morocco, to that of their own, creating diversified delights which take their diners on a journey around the world, one meal at a time.

Through generations passed, they added all the finest ingredients from all continents they visited to their eclectic cuisine and in exchange, fed all those who hungered to broaden their palates, whilst providing true old world hospitality and service.

Almost four eons ago, they set sail in the Americas, settling in Long Island on the Eastern Coast of the Atlantic Ocean, whose appetite they fed with the raising of their flag of cultures, and sharing in their passion for tantalizing all taste buds with well guarded recipes, in their rustic treasure.
