Thai Chili Jam offers you a variety of fresh ingredients and quality food. Whenever possible, we buy local ingredients that are in season. We are proud to say our food contains authentic Thai flavors, healthy ingredients and is vegetarian friendly. All dishes are cooked fresh to order and are free of Trans fat and MSG.

More about Jam Growing up in Thailand, Jam shared a love of food with her family who owned a restaurant. She has fond memories of cooking with her mom who passed down traditional family recipes and shared wisdom for the way healthy dishes are prepared. As a young adult. After a career in Computer Technology, Jam was pulled back to her love of traditional Thai cuisine and the people who enjoy eating it. She worked in several Thai restaurants throughout the Portland area and is now proudly pursuing her dream and family legacy by opening Thai Chili Jam!
