This is my daddy's old catering business. Unfortunately, he died in October of 2005. The recipes are a complete family secret and the only people alive who know are me and my sister. When either of us become able to restart the business (which will be in the near future), we hope you will be part of the clientele. People praised his cooking and it was award winning time and time again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it will be back up soon.

I would recomend to everyone they are so friendly they make you feel your at home with family. the food is mouthwatering great bbq chicken !!!!!
