Hickory Restaurant Guide

We recently stopped by the restaurant, found a seat, and ordered our food including an appetizer. After 45 minutes of waiting they brought us bread (not the appetizer). We asked how much longer it would be because we had a 3 year old and they said that they hadn't started cooking our food yet. We ended up leaving. We later walked past another couple who where sitting nearby and it took them 2 1/2 hours to eat there. The restaurant is not very large and no more customers came in after we did. I don't know why it would take so long for prepare our food.

This restaurant is in the heart of the charming downtown area. There is nice people working there and is apparantly family owned. We enjoyed the beef patties and the mango cheesecake...which were homemade.Will definately will come back and recommend anyone to try it.
