Tasu Sushi Bar Asian Bistro

I am rating Tasu restuarant as a BIG ZEROOOOO. I had placed a order on Sunday, January 2nd and I had ordered soup and 2 appetizers. When I got home they forgot to put the broth in the bag for the soup. I had to call the restaurant and they told me I would have to go back to the restaurant to pick it up. I let it slide even though I had to waste my gas and time. I orderd food again on January 5th and they forgot half my order again. I even told the person who took my order that they had messed it up on Sunday and he said do not worry we will get it right and that was the night manager(Russel). Once again they screwed it up. I called the restaurant again and they told me again that if I want the right order I will have to go back to the restaurant. I told the night manager to return my money. He said that I would have to go back to the restaurant with the food to get a full refund. I told him that was bad customer service and I also explain what he said when he took my order. I told him I want the corporate number or to speak to the owner and he said I would never be able to talk to them and that he is it and you only can complain to the restaurant. I would say they have bad customer service for their mistakes and feel that they do not have to make up for it.
