My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt across the street and thought instead of supporting Bahama Breeze, we would try Don Don's. Although there were few customers, it took 40 minutes to get our food. We were provided with no update on the food and told two different stories as to why it took so long. It wook 30 minutes just to get the Dr. Pepper I ordered when we first arrived. I ordered a mix drink and never saw that before I left. Well to compensate us for the wait, the owner took off my husbands drink - Are you serious? Then the waitress had the nerve to add her gratuity to our ticket for two people. Isn't that nerve to give yourself a tip especially when you know your service doesn't rate one.

Went to Don Don's for the first time last week and the staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing entrees. I got it too go and liked it so much I am going again in a few minutes.
It is the real deal folks, check it out!

Simply awful. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, the owner had a pistol sitting next to him the whole time, the black gentleman with the dreadlocks was very rude. And the waitresses looked miserable, like they didn't really want to be there.
I watched the cooks make the food without gloves, I watched the waitresses handle plates and money without washing their hands. Too much spice, and way too expensive.
If you like seedy dives with watered down liquor, this is the place for you.

This place is ok!!!!!I am a real soul food eater and cooker and this food is ok!!!! It would be alot better if the customer service was better as well. The people that the owner have working with the customers are VERY R

I'm for the melting pot called NY. This is the best Jamaican food I've had since I've lived in North Carolina! I live in Cary and drive 30 minutes to get food. 2 thumbs up!!
