This place USED to be awesome... we were regular customers and bought almost every weekend, the owner knew our names and orders as soon as we called in!!! then the owner left and it all went down hill... the food started to be thrown together, the orders were constantly wrong and missing something, they would say they would bring it back and never did. on one occasion an employee insulted me while ordering for delivery!! and on my recent and last attempt to order from there, i was left on hold for 5 mins while i listened to them laugh and joke around not realizing the phone was still on and i heard every laugh and giggle from the staff! i hung up called back and got hung up on!!!! When i called for the third time to protest, the call was never answered it rang and rang and rang! So Super subs sucks! The customer service is absolutely dreadful and is ran by a bunch of kids that don't really give a crap!

They do everything from scratch and it taste like home made food. And the Pizza is like a typical NY PIZZA. Its so good and what makes it the best is the sauce (Home made).

well i've tried calling this establishment several times (on a weekday afternoon - nothing crazy) to order and apparently nobody is capable of picking up a phone... so no review ensues.
