Sullivan's Steakhouse

3/6/2010 we had an 8 pm reservation an were seated at 9:20 We checking in at 8 sharp. We were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. "Please wait in the bar" @ 8:15 I check and they said they were just getting to seat the 7:45 Reservations and the 8 pm reservations would be next. At 8:30 we checked in again and the manager was ther talking with two others who also had 8 pm reservations and were very disatisfied. THe manager bought one group a round of drinks for their inconvience tthe other gentleman and myself were dismmissed without acknowledgement. We were finally seated at 9:20 for our 8 pm reservation with nor regard for the tardieness our frustartion etc. We only stayed because we had a gift certificate to use. Otherwise we would have left. We ate @10 me and had a sitter so added expense frustration and complete lack of concern from the sullivan's staff we will NEVER return.
