Forget gourmet; this is family-style. The food is nicely prepared and plentiful. Fried fish of all kinds, pasta, chicken, beef, are all available in a familiar American style of "home-cooking". Waitresses are friendly and efficient; service is always fast. The facility is like a large barn with wall murals, booths, and tables, and there is a separate room that can seat quite a crowd for special functions.
I am conservative about awarding stars, but I have returned to this restaurant over and over. My mother and son enjoy it, too.
