Solera Restaurant & Wine Bar is chef & proprietor Goose Sorensen's poised little gem. Sitting among the slap dashed and super-sized eateries of Denver's East Colfax, Sorensen has made Solera Restaurant & Wine Bar one of the best restaurants in the country.
Solera's intimate space wraps you in it's golden corners as the smells of Sorensen's creations waft from the kitchen enticing even bar minglers into having a bite.
Solera's customers have fallen head over heels for Chef Sorensens globalized American flare. Sorensen's menu brims with the freshest seasonal ingredients, using local produce and suppliers whenever possible. We present the freshest cuts of meat, fish, and seafood as well as a variety of options for vegetarians.
The key to the success of Solera has been offering our guests an upscale dining experience at a fair price. We have created a place for sophisticated diners as well as a place where the conventional diner can share a relaxing experience.
At Solera, we take pride in our commitment to food and service, while providing guest with a wine list priced for value.
We don’t have a dining certificate or coupon for Solera in our current feed.
