Almost any time I go through Iowa, if I can in any way justify going a little out of my way, I will do so in order to stop at this little sandwich shop in the alley on the west side of the square in Albia. There simply is no better pork tenderloin sandwich than is sold here. I usually buy a half dozen or so - eat one and then put the rest in a cooler for freezing when I get home. They aren't as good as the fresh one but still better than what you can get anywhere between Minneapolis and Dallas.
