Restaurant Description
Our warm and rustic atmosphere was created inside the Silver Saddle Steak House and Tapadera Lounge. In keeping with old southwest tradition, a custom steel and brick mesquite wood grill and pit were built. An antique buggy wheel with welded horseshoes attached serve to raise the cooking grill to the appropriate levels above the smokey mesquite wood fire. Burning Arizona's native mesquite wood lends an unmatched smoke flavor the food, plus this amazing wood, while burning, can produce temperatures which can exceed 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, so we suggest that no one stand too close to our open fire.
We are very proud and honored that Tucson residents voted the Silver Saddle Tucson's Best Steak in 2009.
